The front desk staff was friendly, they really made us feel welcome right from the start. We also found the room clean and ready for us even though we checked in a bit early.

But oh boy, the service was a mixed bag. A rude desk clerk during checkout just killed the vibe. Plus, it was a bummer when I requested extra pillows and was denied! Had me wishing for a more welcoming atmosphere to match the local flavor.
